Description

The HVAC systems on top of the State Lab building have been sending out an enormous amount of noise pollution to Arboretum visitors and to abutting neighbors as far away as Hampstead and St. Rose streets 24-7 for years. Can anything be done to screen, adjust or service them so the Lab is a better neighbor?
