Fruit veg store operator at Rapid Creek markets continually puts her shade cloth over 2 U bike racks so public can't use them on Sundays. When I tried to use one rack she became demanding telling me I couldn't use the bike rack. There is always a shortage of racks at Rapid creek. These 2 racks can be available for bike use if she ties her shade cloth to the stall side of the u stands. Please can regulatory staff ask her to share the u stands with cyclists rather can cover them both up

Thank you for contacting council on this matter, the area that the bike racks are located is licences to the Rapid Creek Centre Management to operate the Sunday Market.
