This is in fact a continuing problem. There is NO address for this location, because it is on the Shafter side of the Market Hall building, whose address is 5655 College Avenue. The problem with the discharge is outside the fish and butcher shops, and the water runs down toward Forest Street. This is especially true in the mornings. Someone needs to go out the the location. Again it, has no address, but it is on the 5655 College Avenue property.
