CUT THE RIGHT-OF-WAY ON SECOND STREET AND ALONG THE FENCE LINE NEAR 658 CLINTON ROAD. THE OVERGROWTH IS BLOCKING THE PORCH AND VIEW. NEEDS TO BE CUT BACK TO PREVENT INTRUDERS.
