there are two UNSUPERVISED children that play in the street EVERYDAY at york and E. 3RD; its sad because the one almost got struck by a truck. These children are going to get injuried badly. Also, watch your toys, bikes, basketsballs - they will steal your stuff and when there done, throw the stolen property in someone else yard or porch. Please dont hit those bad @#$% kids.
