Description
Greenway under the Hobbs Rd bridge is 2 inches deep in mud after each heavy rain due to the dirt overburden on the ground between the greenway and the stream. With a small Bobcat to remove the dirt from the Greenway shoulder the water flow would not deposit the 2 inches of slimy mud making the greenway impassable for several days.
