Description

A restaurant right next to my apartment has placed a sign on a telephone poll outside their building stating of the public road outside their building "Reserved Parking for Millie's Customers Only Vehicles Towed". Since parking is difficult for my apartment, the roughly three spots the restaurant is claiming are valuable to me and others in my apartment. The threat of getting towed is preventing me from parking in these spots, but I don't believe the restaurant has any greater right to these spots than me or the other tenants of my apartment.

I'd like to know the following:
1. Can I park in these spots?
2. Can the restaurant tow me from these spots?
3. Can you have the restaurant remove the sign to eliminate any future confusion?
