So sad...just a few blocks from OPD Headquarters! Wait till the Super Bowl Party in SF. They will all be chased over to Oakland!

Really tired of Oakland protecting the homeless. If they had a tent and a few personal items that would be one thing, but they have a tent and a pile of crap everywhere and anywhere they choose and no one does a thing about it. Where's the uproar in SF about the mayor telling them to leave. He probably knows Oakland will welcome them with open streets to camp on.

If this is on part of the freeway, Cal-Trans is responsible for cleaning up. This includes the on-ramps, exits, as well as under the freeway, and the areas next to the freeways.

It looks like it is at a dead end maybe 5th street? It really helps to zoom in on the map to get the exact location.
