Description

I currently reside in 13 Osborne st neighbors to the left 15 have "moved out" in the middle of the night out of the downstairs apartment . The owner of the house refuses to exterminate and we now have a mouse problem that is out of control . Bob is the owner has time and time again neglected his property and because the houses are old and connected we (myself and the downstairs renter) suffer the consequences. If there is anyway we could get some assistance it would be greatly appreciated
