Description

The alley way has quite a few large potholes and the blacktop is crumbling seriously. Many of the worst spots are in the pedestrian crosswalk. The area right off of 4th street is the worst but there are also large potholes where people walk from our parking lot to the church and again where the two alleys intersect. I know there isn't a lot of traffic on the street, but when you think about all the people that cross there, it is a pedestrian hazard.
