Description

When a train crosses 108 Ave, the "NO LEFT TURN" sign for 98 Street southbound traffic does not illuminate properly. It kind of wants to illuminate - if you look really hard, you can almost make out the word "NO" on the sign. Needs to illuminate better so that drivers can actually tell it is lit up.
