Description

The curb on the corner is clogged with dirt and debris, and consequently when it rains, the runoff is unable to drain and backfills the handicap curb ramp. Need help removing all the curbside dirt and detritus accumulated over the years to improve the run-off and provide handicap access to the sidewalk.
