Description

This property belongs to Frank Liu who has no regard for the residential areas along Buffalo Spdwy. The sidewalk and curbs are completely impassable because of the overgrowth. Residents cannot use the sidewalk to walk to Starbucks and are forced to cross Buffalo Spdwy where there are no crosswalks to walk on the opposite side of the street. There is also an uncapped water meter that is a fall hazard and a large trash pile. He was recently red-flagged by the City because he was doing work on the property without permits. This explains his "business ethic" and as such is a nuisance to the surrounding residential neighborhoods. I would like him to be fined for his failure to abide by City Standards. Thank you.
