Hello,
I have a neighbor living at 2 Oemler Court East 31410, who leaves his trash can at the street all the time. Our trash service, the same one he uses, comes on Monday. He is the only one in the subdivision that does this. Can someone leave a notice or citation for this. The code21-308 requires the can be removed within 24 hours after the trash is collected.
