When going toward Forest Hill Avenue from the Boulevard Bridge the left turn signal at Forest Hill and Westover Hills Blvd is not functioning. I sat through two complete cycles of the lights waiting to make a left turn on Forest Hill. The lights in all other directions allowed the traffic to proceed
