This parking lot is a total mess. Construction trialers have been there for 3+years and now have all the windows broken out with ethnic slurs spray painted on the sides. Weeds haven't been cut in 2+ years. People leave their work trucks/trailers, boats, campers, etc. there for months at time. You can even buy a junk car with no bumpers for $100.00...or best offer! Keep it classy RoFo! It would be nice if the town could keep up with code enforcement. Things are not looking good on 2nd Ave.!

How awful, I am surprised to hear that with all the new apts/condo's in that area the borough would let this lot become so out of control. My family was in the lower pavillion for a family picnic the other weekend and we had to deal with the motor bikes going back and forth in the lot. Besides being very loud and not being able to hear one another from across the table, it's dangerous with all of the junk everywhere.
Keep one of the remaining small towns clean and beautiful, Royersford deserves it!
