Description

Signal timing constantly causes back-ups on Rt 40 East. Though it appears light signal cameras are in place the intersection poorly balances East-West Traffic Flow on Rt 4 causing major back-ups (especially East Bound on Rt 40) - when the corresponding traffic on E/W Rt 50 is considerably light and sporadic.

Would you kindly refer this complaint to the appropriate Municipal, County, State, or Federal Department responsible for this issue.
