This currently has the focus of the City Councilman's office. At present, they are working through some technicalities caused by the locked gate and "no trespassing" signs on the property. Violations have been posted, next step is a warrant, then they can actually address the property on behalf of the community. (I've also been in touch with Deutsche Bank that owns the property and sent photos, so they're aware of the situation.)
