The tenant at 624 Edmund St has moved out and left the overfilled trash can and recycling bin in the front yard. Can these items be picked up by waste services before animals get into them?

wow. this is really stupid (Guest)
thanks for the reply from the city on this one.
I guess some folks think the city will fix any and every petty issue. while at the same time forgetting the "help thy neighbor" reasoning.
obviously NO ONE is at that home to push the can to the curb.and the problem isnt going to correct itself. and its not the city responsibility for "houseside collection" anymore, like they used to do in this neighborhood many years back. (boy, that was really nice then!)
this is the time neighbor "A" or "b" can step in , pitch a hand, and burn a few calories while making the area a cleaner and safer place. and all without government interaction.
I commend you CoR for recommending this!
