Description
After South Street (in the North-End, The Village of Ballston Spa) was repaved a number of years back and redone a few years ago following some type of extensive excavation work that tore up the length of South Street, the village or Town of Milton never raised the storm drain covers back to street heigth. Serious damage can be done to vehicles and more importantly to kids riding bicycles after hitting one of these holes. Instead of elaborate fireworks throughout the summer evenings spend the money on raising the storm drain covers on South Street...

Its like hitting potholes .... You would think the city would use the ring extensions
to make the manhole covers even with the paving ... to involved and needs much more skill than
DPW musters
