Description

Homemade fence in front yard to keep pit bulls in. Several pit bulls in yard barking at anyone who passes by or who is nearby. Two code compliance questions -- no fences in front yards in neighborhood. Is this allowed? How to deal with noise from dogs barking? Is there a noise code?
