Description

Loitering and vagrancy at residential doorstep and train station. 914 Main Street. Constant harassment of residents and rail customers at the Main Street Station. As a resident of Commerce Towers, my 12 year old daughter is constant harassment while coming home by the train or just walking her dog. The loitering and harassment make for a dangerous area for residents and rail customers. Please help.
