Description

Old football tackling equipment has been broken for years. Tires ripped off and sharp metal edges sticking out. Equipment is behind Bellrose by the ball diamond. Equipment should be removed as it obviously isn't being used as evident by its dangerous state of disrepair.

I originally reported this in July ID#1778236. item was closed with this comment from public works "Our Team Lead has assessed this issue and it was deemed to be the responsibility of St. Albert Public Schools. We have passed this information on to them. If you have further concerns please contact them directly. Thank you. Public Works"

This has still not ben resolved by St Albert Public school and another tire has been ripped of the equipment and dumped in the playground.

The City needs to follow up with the school to get this old piece of derelict dangerous equipment permanently removed so that it is not a safety risk and eyesore.
