Description
This building occupies a irregular block land bounded by Lowell, 53rd, Adeline and 54th. Part of the Lowell side and part of the Adeline side now have beautiful murals, however the remaining parts of the building continue to be covered with graffiti and gang signs. Also, there are several mattresses dumped on Lowell side that need to be removed.
