Description
West St. dead-ends into the entrance ramp from Wade to Capital. Vehicles can only turn right. There is a Do Not Enter sign to keep drivers from turning left into head-on traffic. The sign has been hit or tampered with. It is falling off of the pole and probably can't be seen by drivers exiting West Street. Very dangerous situation.
