Description

The pedestrian cross walk signals are not working at Sims and Wilson. The cars early in the morning that use Wilson as a freeway to avoid the 37 bridge are dangerous and do not stop even WHEN the light is working. So let's at least get it working so if they do kill someone the city won't be at fault.
