yup - saw it yesterday. The light for exiting traffic is timed perfectly with the flow of traffic on Metro Parkway. Both meet at the same time!! Lots of swerving going on as the exiting traffic comes across Metro and tries to merge into the east bound Metro traffic. Same things happens to the westbound traffic from the lights at Crocker. Just adjust the time the 94 lights let people to 1 minute after Harper & Crocker lights turn green and you have no problems anymore.
