Description

Lots of people are gathered outside the Just a Dollar store at the corner of Main at Walker soliciting passerbys for money. I can't walk out of my house without seeing a bunch of people gathered in front of the store on Main and on the side of the store on Walker. This is very irritating and something should be done to move them out of the way. They are loitering on the property. Help!!! Help!!!! HELP!!!!!!!
