Description
This building, owned by peninsula investors, is chronically covered with graffiti. Last night some jerks got the idea tagging our block is okay and tagged a decades-old Oakland business doing hundreds of dollars in damage -even spraying over windows. Ideally the taggers would have to fix this, but the lack of maintenance by the investors is giving them the idea they'll get away with their behavior. Please fine the investors for letting their property look like this.
