Description

There is an obvious "dumping" of trash at the corner of S. Baldwin Rd & Neely Ferry now... and other trash is being thrown out up and down the road at times. There needs to be signs of "NO DUMPING" posted up and down S. Baldwin... also if there are signs noting "UNDER CAMERA SURVEY" that might help too.
