Description

During construction of the house at 5 Lowell the sidewalk and esplanade were dug up to install utilities and never replaced. Other portions of the sidewalk were damaged in the the removal of a fence. Much of it is broken up from construction workers parking vehicles on it too. It has been this way for a year. Children need this sidewalk to to walk to school as on the other side is a blind corner making it unsafe to use the opposite side. Parents on the street would like the city to take action on this. This is city property.
