No it has not been resolved. This home owner is using his property and part of the alley parking and storing his business equipment. This is zoned as residential not commercial property. This property has been reported many times to neighborhood ? , police and mayors office by other neighbors. This winter the snowplows won't be able to get down the alley without tearing up the properties to the north and plowing them in. Very disappointed. It doesn't take much to drive by and see it. Why isnt this person ticketed for blocking alley?
