Description

Too much junk and shopping carts accumulating in the alley that runs from main to Victoria behind the. houses along the south side of east grand.

There are more than one cart and the mess is at both ends of the alley.

Thank you, just to mention there are more than one cart and please check th entire alley way. Weed abatement on some properties is also a problem.
