The exact location is NORTHBOUND PIEDMONT AVE and that massive structure shown in the photo is the 580 FWY.

This issue was closed due to insufficient location information... PIEDMONT AVENUE goes UNDER the 580 FREEWAY ONCE ONLY ONCE THE ENTIRE LENGTH OF PIEDMONT. It is a short 10 second walk past CROXTON AVE intersection with PIEDMONT. I used my GPS and it was close enough, I assumed that saying Graffiti on the Freeway Pillar at PIEDMONT would be sufficient.
