Description

I waited 11 minutes - in light/no traffic at 9:30 - to get on GA-400 from Roberts Rd.

The signal is out of sync and is not aware of vehicle flow. It was on green for a long time when no cars were traveling on Northridge, yet turned green > yellow > red quickly.
