I totally agree. This site is an eyesore and a problem for homeowners in the immediate area. The dumpster sitting on site blocks the view when attempting to make a left turn onto Sardis Rd. I believe there is a time constraint on permits for projects like this, but it appears the owner/flipper is unaware of this. Something needs to be done: either finish the project or bulldoze it!
