Description
On Sunday morning (May 27) on the day of the parade, a red mini van with a brass placard identifying the vehicle as a Hamden police Commissioner, was parked on the sidewalk next to the Corner Deli. Besides blocking the sidewalk to pedestrians on the pay of the parade, the vehicle bore Massachusetts license plates. Members of Boards and Commissions should be required to register their vehicles in the town that they live.
