Description

The CITY of Raleigh is complicit in this drug dealing camp ground. There is a No Trespassing sign posted by the city on the lot...that is used to chains dogs up.
24 hours a day this lot is attended by one dealer if not a dozen or more. They have chairs, two grills, 2 dogs chained to trees, plates full of food and not a care in the world that they will be stopped. This is ridiculous... Please remove the people, the grills, the dogs and the drugs.
