Since this guy was clearly behind the sign, he was TECHNICALLY in order to be fined. However, I highly doubt that it impeded anyone's ability to pull in or out of that driveway. Can we, as a community, stop running to teacher Everytime someone breaks a rule? Parking is hard enough in parkside. If your driveway is being blocked call a tow truck. Don't get the city to run out to give folks a ticket.
