Description

African American Male sped down Prevost, turned on Rutherford and dumped trash. Stopping at the drug house on the corner at Ellis and Rutherford after he dumped his trash. The phone number on the truck is disconnected but belongs to Michigan Self Storage in Madison Heights. African American male, slender, dressed in red.
