Description

The crows are back already😢 I live on Cardinal Ave & the crows have started to roost in a pine tree between Cardinal & Sycamore. In the attached video, you can hear them. It's disappointing that we can't enjoy the solitude of our front porch in the evenings because of the noise. I am not sure who to report this to.
