Last summer a traffic count was carried out, part of the time a car was parked in front of the counter. What was the outcome? the volume of traffic and the excessive speeds are still here. Enforcement needs to move away from the play ground areas and show a presence at different times of the day and night.

I agree. Most of the traffic racing down the road has a destination other than Crystal Lake. This is just a shortcut to that destination and there needs to be some respect shown to the people who actually reside in thea area.

Need to set up radar early in the morning 0500-0800 any day and on saturday and sunday mornings fro 0200-0500 and check the high speed drunks.

The City has undertaken additional speed monitoring and traffic counts in the fall of 2011 and the spring of 2012.
The reults of the study to date indicate the 85th percentile of speed along this road to be in the 50 km/hr range adn traffic counts are conssitent with those in the design report for the neighborhood.
Additional monitoring will be undertaken.
