Did you contact the building dept.? Is this property any more of a blight than every other property in Roseville? Look around. The whole city is a blight. The build department cannot possibly investigate every complaint of blight. They would need a crew of hundreds doing it 7 days a week. I do agree that all blighted properties, including this one, should be torn down. Rosevill would be all but leveled.
