well can call the city buit they dont do anything and it dont help the guy is a jerk.i called many times years ago when i almost his police car turning out and they did make him cut (but not down enough),however i guess the cop backed it up ,but no one almost his a cop now so it will not be adressed i fear .our tax dollars hard at work.call karen brooks at wlby building dept if you like.they do cut if owner dont but thats grass as i got a letter about 634 chestnut blvd(was my dads home i was raised in then he passed away and my bro and i got and let the bank have it ,partly do to the drama wlby has to offer .6inches of grass is more omportant than 8ft of bushes that can kill kids/ppl one day.and i bet it would be covered up if /when it does happen.
