Does Oakland have a leadership? I'm thinking not. I've heard nothing from the city leaders about the problems Oakland has, only about a sports city. How bout a tent city for the homeless, with sanitary facilities and social services near by. Ms. McElhaney needs to start cleaning up her district. I've noticed a few mentally ill men on MLK lately for some reason. One runs out in the street and cars barely miss him while he dances and laughs. It's sad and city leaders aren't listening.
