Description
The pictured storm drain has some deep soil erosion at the concrete drain south-east stormwater opening. Since our home was built in yr 2003 I have put gravel and soil at the drain but the soil washes away, and the gravel and water is washed deeper in the soil at the drain... possibly undermining the large concrete drain box. That box collects storm water from two easement swells and one large concrete pipe. The storm discharge runs under the street to the Tinker floodway. The magnitude of storm water running down my easement, where the erosion occurs, has much more volume than the opposite easement swell. Please look at this and see if a concrete apron or other thing would stop the erosion at the corner of my lot's easement. Thank you. Earl Deason, 2809 Winterberry Way SE, Hampton Cove 256-519-3666
