Description

Thank you for the actions required to get the front of 41 Ten Broeck cleaned-up. There are still weeds growing above the front door mantel but the sidewalk and front of house are much better!
Can you please clarify whose responsibility it is to maintain the areas between the sidewalks and the street? Is it the property owners or the city? I know some residents take care of this area but it is clear others do not. For example to property at 37 Ten Broeck does not. It is evident that this house is under-maintained across the board due to the absentee landlord.
