After 5 months, has PWS issued a work order?

No it's just a muddy. Also nothing done about Issue ID: 1653862 reported May 17, 2015 on Weatherly between Hogan & Lily Flagg Circle. Attached photo of that problem taken 1/24/2016

PWS, will there be a work order to address this issue from last year?
