Homeless man asleep at noon on my sidewalk EVERYDAY dumping his garbage all over the sidewalk, I can not even walk there. as he takes up the entire block.
The conditions are getting worse and more and more horrible on my block. The City MUST do something, it's like coming home to a dumpster each and every day. I am in every community group to clean up, survey, watch, empower, feed & help but the influx of dumping and homeless in this one mile area is too severe. Please: send trucks out, EVERYDAY, to go up and down the street to pick up the dumping; send social workers to pick the people up off the street and clear their belongings; pick people up off the bus stops where they sleep and defacate.
