Description

This property has had a pile of junk sitting out front for three weeks. The property previously had a pile sitting there for a month. An email to our councilwoman Yvonne Harper asking for assistance got no response. This is clearly in violation of city ordinance but no public official seems to care. We, the citizens who call Toledo home deserve better.
